- Housekeeping: The Chairman advised those present of the emergency escape procedures. It was requested that mobile phones be switched to silent. If a call was received and had to be taken Members were politely requested to leave the room.
- Apologies for Absence: Cllrs Barnes Kirby.
- Declaration of Interests: None
- Decoration of the Rings Community Hub – Members were informed that the decoration of the Community Hub was underway. The finish date had been extended until Wednesday 14th September. Regular users would be able to return on Monday 12th September.
- Cleaning of Ingleby Barwick Entrance Sign - This had been referred to the Hub and Town Maintenance Committee following Town Council meeting on 19th July. It was felt that in order to assess the damage/work to be undertaken that a site visit by the Town Clerk be carried out. This would be done immediately following the meeting and an assessment reported.
- Future Meetings – For future meetings it was suggested that an ‘ideas and suggestions’ item be placed on the agenda.
